ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INFORMATION OFFICE FOREIGN LANGUAGE ONLINE WRITTEN EXAM
Dear Candidate,
Candidates who successfully complete the Information Officer Tourism Knowledge Exam are eligible to take the Foreign Language Online Written Exam, the second stage of the exam process. Technical information, process flow, evaluation, and important warnings regarding the exam are listed below.
1. Exam Entry and Technical Information
Exam Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
Exam Time: 10:30
Exam Duration: 60 minutes
Exam Type: 20-question test exam
Grading: 50 points.
Success Requirement: Those who score at least 20 points are eligible to take the Foreign Language Online Oral Exam.

Note: The exam link above is valid until December 13th. It will be active at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, 2025, and will be closed to access at 11:30 a.m.
When the exam screen opens, you must enter the email address and name and surname you used to register with the TÜRSAB Academy system.
2. Oral Exam Process (Stage 3)
Candidates who score at least 20 points on the written exam will be eligible to participate in the third stage, the Foreign Language Online Oral Exam.
Oral Exam Dates: December 20–21, 2025 (Saturday–Sunday)
Link and Time Information: The dates and times determined by Dialogue Language Schools can be checked using your Turkish ID number on the TÜRSAB Academy website. This link will be announced both on the website and sent via email and SMS. Please check your email inbox (including spam) between December 15–19. The oral exam is graded out of 50 points. Candidates who achieve a combined score of 70 points or above in the written and oral exams are eligible to receive the Information Officer Foreign Language Achievement Certificate.
3. Certification
Successful candidates' documents will be uploaded to https://akademi.tursab.org.tr within the week following the oral exam. Candidates can download their digital documents with QR codes by logging in with their user accounts. Physical documents will not be issued.
4. Make-up and Refund Policy (Important)
No make-up exams will be administered at any stage of this exam process.
a) Candidates Who Cannot Take the Foreign Language Written Exam
Candidates who have passed the Tourism Knowledge exam in previous semesters and are only applying for the Foreign Language exam this semester can receive a refund if they are unable to take the written exam due to force majeure by submitting their grievances to akademi@tursab.org.tr with an official document within two business days of the exam date.
b) Those who take the Written Exam but cannot take the Oral Exam
No refund will be given, even if there is an excuse.
c) Candidates who have taken the Tourism Knowledge Exam and advanced to this stage
If candidates who take the Tourism Knowledge Exam do not participate in the subsequent stages, no refund will be given, even if there is an excuse.
5. Objection Process
Objections regarding exam results must be submitted via email to akademi@tursab.org.tr within 10 business days of the results being announced.
