ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INFORMATION OFFICER FOREIGN LANGUAGE ONLINE WRITTEN EXAM
Dear Candidate,
Candidates who passed the Information Officer Tourism Knowledge Exam have qualified to take the Foreign Language Online Written Exam, which is the second stage of the exam process. Below are technical details, the exam process flow, evaluation criteria, and important notices regarding the exam.
1. Exam Access and Technical Information
Exam Date: Saturday, April 4, 2026
Exam Time: 10:30 AM
Exam Duration: 60 minutes
Exam Type: 20-question multiple-choice exam
Grading: Scored out of 50 points.
Passing Requirement: Candidates who score at least 20 points qualify to take the Foreign Language Online Oral Exam.

Note: The exam link above will become active on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 10:30 AM and will be closed to access as of 11:30 AM.
When the exam screen opens, you must enter the email address and first and last name you used when registering for the TÜRSAB Academy system.
2. Oral Exam Process (Stage 3)
Candidates who score at least 20 points on the written exam will qualify to participate in the third stage, the Foreign Language Online Oral Exam.
Oral Exam Dates: April 11–12, 2026 (Saturday–Sunday)
Link and time information: The dates and times determined by Dialogue Language Schools can be checked via the query screen on the TÜRSAB Academy website using your Turkish ID number. This link will be announced on the website and also sent via email and SMS. Please check your email inboxes (including the Junk/Spam folder) between April 6–10, 2026. The oral exam is graded out of 50 points. Candidates with a combined written and oral score of 70 points or higher are eligible to receive the Information Officer Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate.
Certification
Certificates for successful candidates will be uploaded to https://akademi.tursab.org.tr within the week following the oral exam. Candidates can log in using their user accounts to download their QR-coded digital certificates. Physical certificates are not issued.
Make-up Exam and Refund Policy (Important)
No make-up exams will be held at any stage of this exam process.
a) Candidates Unable to Attend the Foreign Language Written Exam
Candidates who passed the Tourism Knowledge exam in previous periods and applied only for the Foreign Language exam this period may receive a refund if they are unable to attend the written exam due to force majeure, provided they submit official documentation of their hardship to akademi@tursab.org.tr within 2 business days following the exam date.
b) Candidates Who Took the Written Exam but Could Not Take the Oral Exam
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
c) Candidates Who Took the Tourism Knowledge Exam and Advanced to This Stage
If candidates who took the Tourism Knowledge Exam do not participate in subsequent stages, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Appeal Process
Appeals regarding exam results must be submitted via email to akademi@tursab.org.tr within 10 business days following the announcement of the results.
