ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INFORMATION OFFICER FOREIGN LANGUAGE ONLINE WRITTEN EXAM
Dear Candidate,
Candidates who successfully passed the Information Officer Tourism Knowledge Exam are eligible to take the second stage of the exam process, the Online Written Foreign Language Exam. Below you will find technical information about the exam, the process flow, evaluation, and important warnings.
1. Exam Access and Technical Information
Exam Date: July 25, 2026, Saturday
Exam Time: 10:30 AM
Exam Duration: 60 minutes
Exam Type: 20-question multiple-choice test
Evaluation: Will be evaluated out of 50 points.
Passing Requirement: Those who score at least 20 points are eligible to take the Online Oral Foreign Language Exam.

Attention: The exam link above will be active on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 10:30 AM and will be closed to access at 11:30 AM.
When the exam screen opens, you will need to enter the email address and full name you used when registering with the TÜRSAB Academy system.
2. Oral Exam Process (Stage 3)
Candidates who score at least 20 points on the written exam will qualify to take the Online Foreign Language Oral Exam, which is the third stage.
Oral Exam Dates: August 1–2, 2026 (Saturday–Sunday)
Link and time information: The dates and times set by Dialogue Language Schools can be checked using your Turkish ID number via the inquiry screen on the TÜRSAB Academy website. This link will be announced on the website and sent via email and SMS. Please check your email inboxes (including the Junk/Spam folder) between July 27–31, 2026. The oral exam is graded on a scale of 50 points. Candidates who score a total of 70 points or higher on the written and oral exams combined are eligible to receive the Information Officer Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate.
3. Certification
The certificates of successful candidates will be uploaded to https://akademi.tursab.org.tr within the week following the oral exam. Candidates can log in using their user accounts to download their digital certificates with QR codes. No physical certificates will be issued.
4. Make-up Exam and Refund Policy (Important)
No make-up exams will be administered at any stage of this exam process.
a) Candidates Unable to Take the Foreign Language Written Exam
Candidates who have previously passed the Tourism Knowledge exam and have applied only for the Foreign Language exam this term may receive a fee refund if they are unable to take the written exam due to force majeure, provided they submit official documentation of their circumstances to akademi@tursab.org.tr within 2 business days following the exam date.
b) Candidates Who Took the Written Exam but Could Not Take the Oral Exam
No refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
c) Candidates Who Took the Tourism Knowledge Exam and Advanced to This Stage
If candidates who took the Tourism Knowledge Exam do not participate in subsequent stages, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
5. Appeal Process
Appeals regarding exam results must be submitted via email to akademi@tursab.org.tr within 10 business days following the announcement of the results.
