ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE LEASE OF THE REAL ESTATE IN ÇAVDARHISAR, KÜTAHYA OWNED BY OUR ASSOCIATION

Dear Members,

A decision has been taken by our board of directors to lease the real estate in Çavdarhisar district of Kütahya province, which is owned by our association, with a usage area of 4.224 m2, 47 rooms, Turkish bath, 2 massage parlors, sauna, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, restaurant and conference hall, to be used as an accommodation business.  

Within the scope of the decision taken, our members who want to rent the real estate in question are required to send their offers in writing to gokhan.kandemir@tursab.org.tr until June 21, 2024 at the latest.
