ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE LEGAL INTEREST RATE TO BE APPLIED

Dear Members,
In the Presidential Decree No. 32552 (Decree no: 8485) published in the Official Gazette on May 21, 2024 and it was decided in accordance with Article 1 of the aforementioned Law to apply the legal interest rate regulated in Article 1 of the Law No. 3095 on Legal Interest and Default Interest as 24% per annum to be valid as of 01.06.2024.” The 9% legal interest rate applied to past dues debts has been updated to 24% as of June 1, 2024.
