ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE OBLIGATION TO REPORT ATS INFORMATION

Dear Members,

With the letter numbered 1492278 of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Regulation of Transport Services, the "Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transmission of ATS Data to the Ministry", which was prepared and entered into force by the Ministry in order to prevent any victimization of transport companies, taking into account that the obligation to report ATS information within the framework of the relevant provisions of the Road Transport Regulation will start as of 01.01.2024, was communicated to our Association.

The said letter and the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transmission of ATS Data to the Ministry are attached to our announcement for your information.
