ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT FEE TO BE PAID TO THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM

Dear Members,

With the letter of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Investments and Enterprises numbered 6138995 and titled Document Fees, the document fees are to be valid as of January 1, 2025;

- 35,000 TL for those who will obtain a business license (new request),
- For branch organizations, 35.000 TL for each branch permit,
- TL 7,000 for the transfer of business certificates and for each branch permit to be taken over together with the center,
- TL 7,000 for each document in the issuance of business and/or branch permit certificates of certified travel agencies,

It is reported that the fee determined for those receiving a new business certificate will be deposited before the application for the title request and the applications made to the Ministry with the receipt will be accepted.
