ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PETITION OF OBJECTION TO THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Dear Members,

As we have announced on our website with the link https://www.tursab.org.tr/duyurular/tursab-olaganustu-genel-kurulu-hakkinda-duyuru; TÜRSAB Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on Friday, 23.05.2025 at 10.00 on Friday, 23.05.2025 at Istanbul Lütfü Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center - Rumeli Hall, Harbiye / Istanbul, and if the majority is not achieved at this meeting, it will be held on Tuesday, 27.05.2025 at the same place and at the same time within the scope of the agenda items we have announced on our website.

Pursuant to the last paragraph of Article 34 of the Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association; In cases where there is no provision in this law, the provisions of the first part of the third part of the Law No. 5362 on Tradesmen and Craftsmen Professional Organizations regarding the General Assembly meetings, elections and prohibitions shall apply. In accordance with Article 49 of the Law No. 5362;

The list of participants, which includes our members who will participate in the General Assembly, has been approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, and the approved lists will be suspended for 7 days between 10.05.2025 - 16.05.2025 on the website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, on the 1st floor of TÜRSAB Central Office Building and at Lütfü Kırdar International Congress and Exhibition Center between 09.00 - 17.00 hours so that all members can examine. During the suspension period, if the title of the travel agency is not included in the participant list, it is possible to make an objection for addition or correction.

Those of our members who wish to object to the participant list within the suspension period, together with the objection petition attached to our letter, together with the signature circular showing that the company owned by the travel agency is authorized to represent and bind the company and a copy of the Trade Registry Gazette, should be sent to our Association with wet signature and stamp.
