The "Regulation Amending the Regulation on Business Opening and Operating Licenses" was published in the Official Gazette dated December 11, 2025. This regulation introduces new provisions regarding the authorization and conditions for business opening and operating licenses for accommodation establishments and businesses operating in tourism-related residential rental activities.
