ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE REPRESENTATIVE AND BINDING POWERS OF OUR MEMBERS WHO WILL EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS TO VOTE AND BE ELECTED IN THE 26TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS

Dear Members,

TÜRSAB's 26th Ordinary General Assembly meeting will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Safir Hall of the WOW Istanbul Hotel Convention Center, located at Atatürk Airport Road No: 15-17-19, Yeşilköy Neighborhood, Bakırköy District, Istanbul Province. Elections will be held at the same address on Sunday, November 23, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Members eligible to attend the General Assembly will exercise their right to vote and be elected through their authorized representatives.

Persons present with a power of attorney do not have the right to vote in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 1618 and Law No. 5362.

To participate in the TÜRSAB 26th Ordinary General Assembly and elections, representatives of travel agencies authorized to represent and bind must carry the original of their valid signature circulars demonstrating their authority and their identification documents, and present them to TÜRSAB officials.

Accordingly, for travel agencies:

1. In commercial businesses owned by individuals, the business owner may register for the General Assembly with their identification documents and vote using the authorization document and identification document issued by TÜRSAB officials.
2. If the authorization to represent and bind belongs to one person as an INDIVIDUAL AUTHORITY, this person must present their valid signature circulars demonstrating their individual authority and their identification document to TÜRSAB officials, register for the General Assembly, and obtain their general assembly card. Voting will take place on the second day of the general assembly, following the presentation of the general assembly card, verification of the authorization document, and identification document issued by TÜRSAB officials by ballot box committee officials.
3. If the authorization to represent and bind belongs to multiple people as an INDIVIDUAL AUTHORITY: This person must register for the general assembly by presenting a valid signature circular demonstrating their individual authority, a signed petition certifying the authorized person, and their ID to TÜRSAB officials, and obtain their general assembly card. Before voting on the second day of the general assembly, the vote will be cast after presenting the general assembly card, submitting the authorization document issued by TÜRSAB officials, and checking their ID by ballot box committee officials. A sample petition is provided in Annex 1.
4. If the authority to represent and bind is held by multiple individuals as JOINT AUTHORITY, this person must register for the general assembly by presenting a valid signature circular demonstrating their joint authority, a signed resolution certifying the authorized person to represent them at the general assembly, and their ID to TÜRSAB officials, and obtain their general assembly card. Before voting on the second day of the general assembly, the vote will be cast after presenting the general assembly card, submitting the authorization document issued by TÜRSAB officials, and checking their ID by ballot box committee officials. A sample joint-stock company resolution is included in Annex 2, and a sample limited company resolution is included in Annex 3.
