ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE REVIEW AND OBJECTION PROCESS OF THE TÜRSAB 26TH ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Dear Members,

The Participant List, which shows the participants of the TÜRSAB 26th Ordinary General Assembly to be held on November 22, 2025, is based on the final paragraph of Article 34 of Law No. 1618, and the third paragraph of Article 49 of Law No. 5362:

"...The approved list and other matters related to the meeting shall be posted at the headquarters of the relevant tradesmen and craftsmen professional organization and the location of the general assembly, as well as on the Ministry's e-tradesmen and craftsmen database for a period of seven days."

Within the scope of this provision, it is available for review on the official website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, at the link https://yigm.ktb.gov.tr/Eklenti/139446,26-genel-kurul-hazirun-listesi--1467-sf-pdf.pdf?0, for a period of 7 (seven) days, from 03.11.2025 to 09.11.2025, at the 1st floor of the TÜRSAB Central Office Building and at the WOW Istanbul Hotel Convention Center, where the General Assembly meeting will be held.

Regarding objections to the suspended Participant List, the provision in Article 49, paragraph 4 of Law No. 5362:

"Objections to the list submitted within the seven-day announcement period shall be reviewed by a judge and a final decision shall be made within two days at the latest."

If you have an objection to the Participant List, you must submit it to the Beşiktaş District Election Board within the announcement period, along with the petition sample below.
