ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE TÜRSAB SPECIAL PACKAGE ARKMAN SOFTWARE SYSTEM

Dear Members,

As part of our collaboration with Arkman Computer Ltd. Co., a special package valid for one year has been created for travel agencies using the Arkman software system for the first time. This package offers software solutions for operations, pre-accounting, invoicing, B2B, and B2C online sales.

This special package for our members will be valid for only one year. Afterward, members who are satisfied with the system may transition to Arkman's other paid commercial packages. Members who wish to do so may also discontinue using the system directly. Memberships will not be canceled, but if they are not renewed after the expiration date, they will be closed.  

The system's features are as follows:  

Monthly package contents:  

• 150 tickets
• 15 Ticket Refunds
• 20 VOID Tickets
• 150 Current Transactions
• 15 Free Format Invoices
• 150 Coper Reservations

System Features:

• A TÜRSAB CARD will be required when purchasing the TÜRSAB SPECIAL PACKAGE in the system. Those who cannot pass the card verification will not be able to purchase this special package system.
• Companies that are currently members of the NEXT Arkman system, or that have previously been members and have terminated their membership, cannot benefit from this service to renew their membership. It will only be valid for new and zero-based openings.
• Travel agencies must be e-invoice taxpayers.
• One standard invoice design will be provided. The most commonly used invoice format in the industry will be defined as the standard. No customization will be available.  
• One standard voucher design will be provided. No customization will be available.  
• E-invoice taxpayers must work with one of the four integrators contracted by Arkman. The companies are: EDM, E-Logo, Uyumsoft, and Veriban.
• Data from travel agencies using the old Arkman program will not be transferred to the new system. Travel agencies must start from scratch for this membership. Travel agencies wishing to retain their old data may purchase this service separately through one of Arkman's commercial packages.
• Each travel agency can only benefit from this package once. If they wish to continue using it after the membership expires, they must switch to one of the NEXT Arkman commercial memberships. There is no obligation for travel agencies that do not wish to do so. The system will be closed when their membership expires.
• Applications for this membership will be made to TÜRSAB, and travel agencies referred to Arkman by TÜRSAB will be able to benefit from this service.
• Training will be conducted online in coordination with TÜRSAB. Individual training will not be provided to travel agencies.
• Support services will be provided directly within the NEXT Arkman system via tickets. Travel agencies can track all support services directly from the system.
• Travel agencies that cannot benefit from this membership, or those that want to transfer their old data to the Arkman system and continue with the new NEXT Arkman, or those that do not have enough tickets and are forced to switch to commercial packages, will also receive an extra 20% discount.
• Travel agencies that wish to continue with commercial packages at the end of 12 months will also receive an additional 20% discount on the packages they wish to use.
• The NEXT ARKMAN MARKETPLACE screen will be available to all our travel agencies within NEXT Arkman. Our travel agencies will be able to use all suppliers with whom Arkman has established an API connection from a single screen, thereby eliminating the need for multiple screens and ensuring instant accounting integration during sales with the CURRENT selection. ALL ACCOUNTS HERE WILL BE THE TRAVEL AGENCIES' OWN ACCOUNTS. Arkman will not sell any products or tourism services to our travel agencies. Our travel agencies will make payments directly to the suppliers for the products they purchase from the system and will receive invoices from the relevant suppliers. Arkman will only provide the technological interface.

The system will be priced at 7,700 + VAT (9,240 TL) for a one-time 12-month use and can be paid in 3 installments by credit card.
