ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE VISITING HOURS OF THE ANTIQUE CITY OF EPHESUS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF NIGHT MUSEOLOGY

Dear Members,

According to the letter sent to our Association from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Central Directorate of Revolving Fund Management, Box Office Operations Group Presidency;

7th International Ephesus Opera and Ballet Festival will be held in Ephesus Ruins between June 29th and July 13th and performances related to the festival will take place on June 29th and July 2-5-7-10-13th. According to ticket sales statistics, approximately 3000 people will participate. During these dates, approximately 1000 people come to visit museums in the Ancient City of Ephesus and Ephesus Ancient Theater within the scope of "Night Museology" visits.

Due to the fact that the low parking lot capacity increases the density in the parking lot, causes disorder and security gaps during ticket control, the Ancient City of Ephesus will be closed to night museology as of 19:00 on the relevant dates in order to prevent the reaction of museum visitors and spectators and to prevent security gaps that may occur.
