ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT

Dear Members,

Within the scope of the protocol signed on November 6, 2025, between the Ministry of Family and Social Services and the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) with the aim of increasing women's employment and strengthening their representation in the tourism sector; Our vocational training and mentoring programs for women and female students, organized by TÜRSAB Academy, will begin with an introductory meeting on February 26, 2026.

The initial phase of the program will be launched with the participation of young women who have been raised under state care; the aim of this initiative is to enable the young women who benefit from the training to gain qualified employment in the tourism sector.

Candidates who successfully complete the training programs will have the opportunity to undertake internships and gain employment at travel agencies. The employer SSI contribution support for our member travel agencies that employ young people will be covered by our government.
