ANNOUNCEMENT ON TOUR GUIDE-AGENCY CONTRACT
Dear members,
In the letter sent to our Association from the Association of Chambers of Tourist Guides about "Changing the duration and routing of the tour without a justified or compelling reason";
It is stated that it is not possible for the tourist guide to change the duration and routing of the tour without a justified or compelling reason, even if there is an arrangement in the contract, and this situation requires a temporary ban from the profession. However, in the presence of a justified or compelling reason, it has been reported that it is possible to make changes, provided that the original tour program remains faithful.
