ANNOUNCEMENT ON “TURKISTAN INFORMATION TRIP”

Dear Members,

The “Turkistan Information Trip” will be organized between 3 and 6 May 2025, coordinated by our Association and the Turkistan Governorate.

Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the historical heritage and rich cultural identity of the region through the Tomb of Khoja Ahmet Yesevi, ancient cities, traditional handicrafts and ethno cultural events in Turkistan, located in the south of Kazakhstan.

The event is limited to the participation of 17 travel agencies. Our members who wish to participate are required to fill in the application form given below.

NOTE: Thank you for your intense interest, our quota is full.

Note: Agency selections will be made according to the following criteria;

• No dues arrears
• Working in the fields of travel agency activities such as tour/package tour, incoming, mice related to Turkistan and the region in domestic and international information trips activities
• Not having participated in an information trip activity in the same year
• No disciplinary offense
• Participation in the Ordinary General Assembly,

Details:
Since international flight tickets are issued as pass tickets by Turkish Airlines, the tax fees of the tickets will be covered by the participants.
