ANNOUNCEMENT ON VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM AND CAMERA OBLIGATION
Dear Members,
With the letter of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Transportation Services Regulation dated 24.08.2023 and titled "Vehicle Tracking System and Camera Obligation"; considering that the obligation to have an internal and external camera and a recording device that can record for at least seven days within the framework of the provisions of the relevant legislation and the obligation to report ATS information will start as of 01.01.2024, it has been reported that the necessary announcements should be made about the subject in order to prevent any grievance of the companies holding the relevant authorization certificate.
