ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE SUSPENSION OF THE APPLICATION RESTRICTIONS ON TRAVEL TO TRNC

Dear Members,
You may find the announcement that reached our Union from the T. R. Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Security in the attachment;
According to the relevant announcement, as a result of the evaluation made in line with the demands of our Nicosia Interior Consultancy, it has been stated that the application that restricts the travel of citizens under the age of fifteen with no photo ID cards to the TRNC has been suspended. Therefore, our citizens who come from the TRNC or who want to go to the TRNC due to the earthquake disaster will not suffer any unjust treatment. Until a second instruction, we have been informed that the transactions will be completed without the need for new type ID cards and photographs.
