IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON TRAVEL AGENCIES WELCOME PASSENGER AT ISTANBUL AIRPORT

Dear Members,

In accordance with the letter received from the Istanbul Airport Civil Administration Office and the ongoing updates to the Istanbul Airport Entry Cards Directive, it has been deemed appropriate to postpone the requirement for a permit from the civil administration office for TÜRSAB cardholders until the update process is completed. However, starting from May 2, 2023, licensed guides and TÜRSAB cardholders may engage in passenger pick-up activities only in front of Terminals 8 and 14, provided that their cards are visibly displayed. It has been noted that commercial passenger pick-up activities will not be allowed in front of the currently used Terminals 9 and 13 from the aforementioned date onwards.
