IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS)
Dear Members,
In accordance with the letter dated 25.10.2023 and numbered 1492278 from the General Directorate of Transportation Services Regulation of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, it was previously announced on 3 November 2023 on our Association's website that, under the Highway Transportation Regulation, there is a requirement to report Vehicle Tracking System (ATS) information as of 1 January 2024. As of April 2025, it has been observed that criminal proceedings have been initiated against those who fail to comply with this obligation. It is of utmost importance for our valued members to ensure that their tourism transport vehicles are equipped with an electronic system capable of tracking the vehicle's route after the journey begins and to fulfil their reporting obligation to avoid any inconvenience.
In this regard, we kindly request that our members who have agreements with ATS (Vehicle Tracking System) companies continue their agreements, and that our members who do not have ATS complete the necessary procedures as soon as possible.
