PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

As TÜRSAB, the Association of "Travel Agencies" working hard to increase the number and quality of tourists coming to our country, we strongly condemn the attack against our guests from Middle Eastern countries in Istanbul recently.

This behavior, which is incompatible with Anatolian Culture and casts a shadow on our hospitality, which is known and appreciated all over the world, is never acceptable. 

We believe that such ugly attacks should not go unpunished.

As representatives of the tourism sector, we are extremely saddened by such attitudes and discourses, especially towards our guests from Middle Eastern countries.

As representatives of the sector that establishes peace and brotherhood, confronting and threatening people from different cultures worries our Travel Agencies, which ensure that approximately 90 out of every 100 tourists come to our country.

Every guest coming to our country, regardless of nationality, is very valuable to us. We hope that similar incidents will not happen again, and we would like to take this opportunity to convey our get well wishes to our guests who were subjected to this attack.
