TÜRSAB IMPLEMENTS API SERVICE FOR THE TÜRSAB MEETING POINT AT SABIHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT
What is the TÜRSAB Meeting Point API application?
TÜRSAB Meeting Point is an online reservation platform developed to enable travel agencies providing transfer services at Sabiha Gökçen Airport to manage their guest reception processes in an organized and secure manner.
Travel agencies can quickly create guest meet-and-greet reservations via TÜRSAB Online; following approval, they can access the meet-and-greet area and verify transactions using the Reservation/QR code generated by the system through a standardized process. The platform supports the execution of operations with the right personnel, within the correct timeframe, and in accordance with established rules by centralizing the recording of guest, greeting staff, driver, and vehicle information.
The platform is part of the greeting operation coordination service offered by TÜRSAB to its members. The management of the service relationship between the guest and the agency, as well as the fulfillment of the transfer service, remains the responsibility of the travel agency.
What transactions can be performed via the TÜRSAB Meeting Point API service?
When our member travel agencies integrate their own software with the TÜRSAB Meeting Point application using the TÜRSAB Meeting Point API service, they can perform the following transactions through their own software instead of manually doing them within TÜRSAB Online:
1. Creating a reservation record
2. Creating a bulk reservation record
3. Accessing reservation details
3. Accessing the reservation list by date
4. Making changes/updates to an existing reservation
5. Canceling a reservation
6. Deleting a reservation record
How can I apply to use the TÜRSAB Meeting Point API service?
Travel agencies wishing to benefit from the TÜRSAB Meeting Point API Service provided by TÜRSAB to its members can apply for the service by clicking the “API” icon on the left side or the “API Service” option in the menu within the TÜRSAB Meeting Point application under TÜRSAB Online.
Your API access credentials will be shared on a one-time basis and will continue to be used for service renewals. Therefore, it is crucial that these credentials are securely stored within your organization. We particularly recommend that members who outsource technical services share their API credentials with authorized personnel within their travel agency and ensure that communication with technical service providers is conducted through these authorized individuals when necessary.
The API Service is provided on an annual basis in one-year periods in exchange for the specified annual fee.
Important Note: If you purchase the API service, a dedicated API account will be created for your travel agency, and the access credentials will be provided to you. TÜRSAB does not provide any development work that may be required during the integration process with your software. Therefore, the necessary technical support must be provided by your own team or, if you are using an external service, through the software company you are working with.
