TWO TRAVEL AGENCY REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING THE 4TH TÜRSAB TOURISM CONGRESS MAY PARTICIPATE FREE OF CHARGE WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION
Dear Members,
April 6–8, 2026, the 4th TÜRSAB Tourism Congress will be held at the Antalya Nirvana Cosmopolitan Lara Hotel. The terms and details for external participation (without accommodation) are provided below for our members and industry partners:
• Registration (non-residential participation) is free for up to two representatives with authority to act on behalf of and bind TÜRSAB member travel agencies, shareholders, or managerial staff who do not book accommodation.
• For our members, the participation fee for the third person is 3,000 TL for one day and 5,000 TL for two days.
• For non-TÜRSAB member participants, the daily entry fee is 5,000 TL.
• The registration form must be completed and submitted on behalf of travel agency representatives with authority to bind the agency, shareholders, or managerial staff.
• External participant registrations do not include accommodation services.
Attendance at the meetings is mandatory for members eligible for free conference participation. The complimentary participation service is provided solely for educational purposes; if participation is not provided, the accommodation cost will be charged to the relevant member based on the hotel’s daily invoice amount. For members who do not stay at the hotel but check in at the conference hotel without participating in the conference, the hotel’s daily usage fee will be charged.
To be eligible for complimentary conference participation, there must be no outstanding dues from 2025 or earlier. Membership fee debt checks will be conducted for members eligible for free participation.
