ANNOUNCEMENT ON OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SERVICES PROVIDED BY ISGUM

Dear Members,

As we announced on our website on January 17, 2025, with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, it has become compulsory to work with Occupational Safety Specialist and Workplace Physician as of January 1, 2025 in workplaces classified as less dangerous and having less than 50 employees. The workplaces of Travel Agencies fall within the scope of workplaces deemed to be less hazardous by the provisions of the “Communiqué on Workplace Hazard Classes Regarding Occupational Health and Safety” published in the Official Gazette dated 26.12.2012 and numbered 28509. 

In this context, our members with less than 50 employees will be able to employ Occupational Health and Safety Experts and Workplace Physicians, as well as carry out Occupational Health and Safety services themselves by completing the trainings announced by the Ministry.

Our members will be able to carry out Occupational Health and Safety services themselves after registering for the 16-hour distance training provided by İSGÜM at the link https://casgem.gov.tr/egitimler/online-basvurular/.

The training is planned to start in the first week of March, and the application to be made is pre-registration. The actual registration will be made with the link to be sent to the e-mail address specified by our members in the application form. The training fee is 250 TL and will be deposited during the registration. All information about the training is available on the link.
