ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE VALIDITY PERIODS OF TEMPORARY TOURISM RENTAL HOUSING PERMITS WITH TITLE CERTIFICATES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THE RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE

Dear Members,

With the letter dated 31.12.2024 and numbered 6165442 of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Investments and Enterprises; 

According to the Provisional Article 2 of the Regulation on the Arrangement of Activities for Renting Houses for Tourism Purposes, which was put into force based on the Law No. 7464, the temporary permission certificates for houses rented for tourism purposes, which are issued upon the declaration of the applicant with a title deed that does not contain the title deed and which allow short-term rental activities to be carried out, have lost their validity as of 31/12/2024 and;

It has been notified that the advertisements regarding the houses with temporary permission certificates in the Annex-2 list should be removed as of 01/01/2025 and their sales should not be made, otherwise, penal action will be taken before the Ministry within the scope of the Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association.

With the address with the extension https://www.ktb.gov.tr/genel/bakanlikbelgelikonutlar.aspx, it will be possible to make an inquiry regarding the Permit Certified Houses Renting for Tourism Purposes.
